The following terms and conditions govern the shipping of all orders placed through Firebush.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
During periods of increased demand, order processing and delivery times may be extended. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Firebush reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Should an order be cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Free Shipping
Countries Eligible for Free Shipping Promotion: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman.
Free shipping applies to regular-priced items only.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Firebush is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
To assist with the claims process, please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim has been resolved.
Damages
Firebush is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products may be legally imported into the destination country.
The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery, where applicable.
Firebush has no control over customs charges or import fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be payable, as these vary by country.
Customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges are non-refundable. If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any associated fees will not be refunded.
Customs clearance procedures may also result in delays that are beyond our estimated delivery timeframes.
To help avoid delays, we recommend that customers:
- Provide a valid telephone number that can be used by the shipping carrier or customs authorities if additional information is required.
- Respond promptly to any requests from the shipping carier or customs authorities refarding customs clearnace, duties, or taxes.
- Avoid refusing delivery of an international shipment due to customs or import charges, as this may result in additional return costs and non-refundable shipping fees.
Please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customs & Import Regulations
Customs authorities in your destination country may require additional documentation or additional processing time before releasing your shipment. These procedures are outside our control and may result in delivery delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import regulations of the destination country. Firebush cannot be held responsible for items that are restricted, prohibited, or refused entry by local customs authorities.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Your bank or payment provider may apply foreign transaction fees once your payment has been processed. These charges are determined solely by your financial institution and are outside Firebush's control.
