Any person who attempts to submit more entries than the maximum specified in the contest will be disqualified from participating. Firebush is not accountable for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. By participating in a contest, you agree to abide by these rules.

A contest's winner or winners will be chosen at random from the qualifying entries and notified by email within three business days of the draw. For confirmation, the winner(s) must get in touch with the person listed in the email, and their complete name will be posted on the appropriate website or social media. Another participant will be chosen as a replacement if the chosen winner or winners do not reply within three days. Please be aware that Firebush is not liable for any customs or duties that the contest winner or winners may have to pay.

In exchange for your participation, you (individual or group) hereby release and forever discharge Firebush, including all its members, jointly and severally, from any actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon or because of any damage, loss, injury, including death, which may subsequently be sustained by participating in the contest.

This release includes all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability and the consequences thereof including death, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. Claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are known or suspected to exist at this time to the person executing such release are hereby expressly waived, as is any provision of state, federal, local, or territorial law or state that provides a substance that releases.

Additionally, it is understood and agreed that participation in a contest does not imply that Firebush, or any of its members, jointly and severally, accept liability for any damage and expenses for which they become liable due to any alleged act of the contest participant.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Firebush reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if any prize is not available or under special situations.

You must use your own credit card when entering credit card details. The account holder must give you permission to use their credit card for transactions if it is not yours.

Direct bank transfers, money orders, and personal checks are not accepted. Please be aware that until the transaction has been cleared, things will not be dispatched.

In addition to being highly forbidden, using fraudulent chargebacks to obtain free items is also considered criminal fraud and will be handled with by reporting the chargebacks to your local police department, a credit bureau, and a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Order Confirmation

After payment is received, an email confirmation will be delivered. Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be cancelled or amended by either you or us, as the item(s) will be processed, packed, and shipped promptly. Occasionally, ordered items may not be available as listed, despite our best efforts to give you the most accurate and current information.

If a portion of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item or items will be canceled from the order with notification, and if appropriate, a refund will be made for the cost of the relevant item or items.

Firebush makes every effort to provide accurate and current product descriptions and prices. However, occasionally our listings may contain pricing inaccuracies. If we find a pricing error during processing your order and payment, we will fix it right away before canceling and giving you a refund. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

Exchange Rate: If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in SAR, the final price will be calculated under the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Where a promotional code is required for an offer or discounted price, the code should be entered during the checkout process.

Firebush retains the right, at any time and without prior warning, to modify, extend, or cancel these offers.

23. Loyalty Program

As a registered customer and/or user, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below for our Firebush VIP Program.

All registered users are automatically enrolled to qualify for an Firebush VIP Membership.

Our system will keep track of all your purchase records, from the start of this program, to ensure that all your rewards points are valid towards the program, please take note of the following:

1. Ensure you are a registered customer
2. Ensure you are logged in when placing your order to receive reward points
3. Make sure your order does not include any sale/discounted or promotional items
4. If you meet the requirements for the program but did not acquire any membership confirmation, please contact us (quoting your order number)

To be qualified for a Firebush VIP Membership:

1. Only Regular Priced Items are counted towards your rewards points.
2. Certain New Arrivals are not counted towards your reward points.
3. Sale Items are not counted towards your reward points. Discounted and/or other promotions are not counted towards your rewards points.
4. Shipping Fee is not counted towards your rewards points.
5. Firebush Fashion VIP membership is non-transferable.
6. Items that are considered oversized or overweight may require additional shipping fees, which are calculated during the check-out process. Oversized/overweight items are not eligible for free shipping.

If you want to upgrade:

• From SILVER to GOLD: Spend an additional 5,000.00 SAR within 6 months from the date you became a SILVER member to upgrade to GOLD
• From GOLD to BLACK: Spend an additional 10,000.00 SAR within 6 months from the date you became a GOLD member to upgrade to BLACK.

Qualifying spending to maintain status or upgrade to the next tier will be accumulated for 12 months from the month of card issuance or the date of status upgrade/renewal.

Sale, Discounted, and/or other Promotion items are not counted towards the upgrade/renewal.

Firebush may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Firebush VIP Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the program or may terminate the program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Firebush reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

24. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with another gift card in each order.

Please make sure you have entered a valid email address of the recipient as we are not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
